Hunan Noodle Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat (beef/pork)
    3-inch fresh ginger root, chopped fine
    4 to 6 fresh garlic cloves, chopped fine
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    3 Tbsp. mushroom sauce (more or less for taste)
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    2 to 3 Tbsp. wine (use to deglaze frying pan)
    1/2 lb. Oriental noodles
    1/2 small cabbage, shredded
    chili sauce, soy sauce or chopped scallions (optional)
Preparation
    Fry together the ground meat, ginger, garlic and onion.
    (Meat can be cooked first and drain fat.)
    Stir often to keep consistency very fine.
    Add to this the mushroom sauce, sesame oil and wine.
    Lower heat and stir well.
