Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) can cream-style corn
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. minced onion
    3 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
Preparation
    Heat corn and milk.
    Stir in egg, salt, pepper, onion and pimento.
    Add cracker crumbs and mix lightly.
    Pour into buttered casserole dish and top with 1/2 cup cracker crumbs and 2 tablespoons butter, mixed.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until brown and crusty on top.
