Lynda'S Ham And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ham, diced
    1 Tbsp. ham or bacon drippings
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. or more milk
    salt and pepper
    6 to 8 medium potatoes, sliced thin
Preparation
    Fry ham in drippings until slightly browned.
    Place in bottom of well-greased casserole.
    Melt butter in same skillet and blend in flour. Add milk gradually and stir over direct heat until sauce boils and thickens a little.
    Add sliced potatoes.
    Heat to boiling and pour over ham.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
