Barbecued Butter Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large can butter beans
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. catsup

Preparation

Simmer together all ingredients, except butter beans, for 5 minutes.
Drain beans and add to sauce.
Cook in oven, covered, for 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Uncover; stir and bake for 10 minutes.
