Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups cooked squash
    3/4 stick margarine
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
    1 cup evaporated milk
    2 cups Ritz cracker crumbs (save some for topping)
Preparation
    Grease 1 quart casserole dish.
    Mix all ingredients, except enough cracker crumbs to cover top of casserole.
    Pour into dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
