Old Fashioned Honey Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. (8 oz.) cream-style cottage cheese
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. butter
    4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 egg
Preparation
    Heat first 4 ingredients in medium saucepan until very warm (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0).
    Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
    Combine warm liquid, 2 cups flour and remaining ingredients in large bowl.
    Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
    By hand stir in remaining flour to make a stiff dough.
    Knead dough on well-floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 2 minutes. Place in greased bowl.
    Cover and let rise in warm place until light and double in size, 45 to 60 minutes.
