Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
Preparation

Melt butter or margarine in medium saucepan.
Remove from heat and add milk and vanilla.
Sift powdered sugar, cocoa and salt together.
Gradually add to milk mixture, stirring until blended. Stir in peanut butter.
Press mixture into a buttered 8-inch square pan.
Chill and cut into pieces.
Yields approximately 2 dozen.
