Sauerkraut Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (30 oz.) can sauerkraut (undrained)
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pimiento, diced
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Toss all ingredients together and let stand for 2 days in refrigerator.
This keeps for weeks and is great on or with hot dogs and makes a nice extra on the buffet table.
