Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 graham cracker Ready-Crust
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
3 eggs
1/4 c. ReaLemon juice
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation

In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until
fluffy.
Beat in milk until smooth.
Add eggs and lemon juice; mix well.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes; cool.
Spread sour cream on top; chill.
