Baby Food Pound Cake - cooking recipe

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
2 c. sifted self-rising flour
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 small jars or 1 large junior size apricot baby food
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. 4x confectioners sugar
1 lemon
Preparation

Beat 3 eggs. Add and beat 2 cups sugar. Add cooking oil, sifted flour, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg and apricot baby food. Stir in vanilla and chopped pecans. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325\u00b0 in a tube pan. Let cool 30 minutes; while still warm, mix 1 cup 4x sugar and juice and rind of 1 lemon. Pour over cake.
