Spanish Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. small carrots
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 small clove garlic, cut up
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 green pepper, sliced in strips
    1/2 red pepper, sliced in strips
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
Preparation
    Heat butter in pan and brown lightly.
    Add onions and garlic and fry until slightly brown. Add carrots, water, ketchup and chili powder. Cook on medium heat until carrots are just crispy. Add strips of pepper the last 5 minutes.
