Harvard Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 - #2 can sliced beets
    1/3 c sugar
    1 heaped up Tbsp corn starch
    1/4 c vinegar
    1/4 c beet juice
    1 Tbsp butter (oleo)
Preparation
    Drain beets, reserving liquid.
    In sauce pan stir sugar and corn starch together until mixed.
    Add vinegar and beet juice and stir well.
    Stir over low heat until thickened and clear.
    Add beets and butter.
    Reheat and serve.
