Basic Sweet Dough(For Bread Or Cinnamon Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. lukewarm water
    3 eggs
    7 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast and 1 tablespoon sugar
    in water.
    Scald milk, add shortening, sugar and salt.
    Cool
    to
    lukewarm
    and add 2 cups flour.
    Beating with electric mixer,
    add yeast and eggs. Beat well and add remainder of flour
    to
    make
    a
    soft dough. Knead lightly and
    place
    in
    greased bowl.
    Cover and set in warm place and
    let
    rise
    until
    double in bulk.
    When light, punch down and shape into rolls or buns.
