Potato Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 potatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 chopped onion
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Slice potatoes and cook in pressure cooker until done.
    Mix soup, sour cream, butter and onion.
    Pour this mixture over potatoes in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Gently stir.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
