Creamy Roquefort Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. each: vinegar and olive oil
1/4 c. Roquefort cheese
2 1/2 Tbsp. cream cheese
1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 c. mayonnaise

Preparation

Beat until smooth the vinegar and oil.
Add Roquefort cheese, cream cheese and salt.
Blend in mayonnaise.
