Italian Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    3/4 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
Preparation
    Cook hamburger, onion and garlic until hamburger is brown; drain.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer.
    Stir occasionally.
    Cook for at least 1 hour.
    Cook longer, and it's even better (at least 4 hours). Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
