Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. onion, minced
    3/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 lb. corkscrew pasta, cooked and drained
    2 c. broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 c. red pepper, diced
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, diced
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients; can also use Italian Free dressing.
