Ingredients

1/3 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/3 c. water
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. hickory smoked salt
1 lb. meat
Preparation

Cut meat in strips and cover with sauce; soak overnight.
Hang strips in oven rack to dry out.
Set oven at 200\u00b0.
Let dry for 2 to 3 hours.
