Vegetarian Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head bok choy
    3 medium-size carrots
    1 medium-size brown onion
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 medium cabbage
    1 stalk green onion
    1 tsp. Adobo all-purpose seasoning
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Wash and shred bok choy and cabbage with sharp knife.
    Peel, wash and shred carrots on a grater.
    Cut up green and brown onions and add with black pepper, all-purpose seasoning and salt to shredded vegetables.
    Cover and leave to season for 20 minutes. Then heat oil in saucepan until very hot.
    Throw vegetables into heated oil in saucepan and stir until cooked.
    Do not cover while cooking.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Serve with white rice.
