Chili For A Crowd - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    4 large onions, chopped
    4 medium green peppers, chopped
    3 (2 lb.) jars spaghetti sauce
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    6 (1 lb.) cans red kidney beans
Preparation
    Season beef with salt and brown in 10-quart kettle.
    Add onions and green peppers; cook until tender, but not brown.
    Add remaining ingredients except the kidney beans.
    Cover and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Add water if needed for desired consistency or add more sauce.
    One-half hour before this is done, add kidney beans.
    Serve hot with bread and a salad.
