Coleslaw With Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head green cabbage
    1 large green pepper
    1 medium Spanish onion
    1 c. cherry tomatoes
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. white vinegar
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Rinse cabbage, remove dark tough outer leaves.
    Cut cabbage in 1/2 and then into quarters.
    Remove core.
    Shred cabbage finely with knife or food processor.
    Core a green pepper.
    Remove seeds and ribs.
    Cut pepper into thin rings.
    Slice onion and separate into thin rings.
    Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
    Cover and chill until ready to serve.
