Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
3 large eggs
1 Tbsp. bourbon
1 c. pecan halves
Preparation

Beat all ingredients except pecans in medium bowl with wire whisk or hand beater until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven 40 to 50 minutes or until center is set. Serves 8.
