Fresh Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fresh corn, cut from cob
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. shredded American cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    4 strips bacon, cooked crisp
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and stir until blended.
    Pour into buttered casserole dish and place in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
