Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    2 sticks margarine
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    5 eggs
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening by hand.
    Beat in 1 egg at a time with a mixer.
    Add flour and milk, then vanilla and lemon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Do not open door until time is up.
