Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated raw carrots
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. black walnuts or English walnuts
    1/4 tsp. black walnut flavoring
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and flour loaf pan.
    Sift together flour, sugar and cinnamon.
    Beat in eggs and oil.
    Stir in grated carrots, flavoring and nuts.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
    Let cool 45 minutes before removing from pan.
