Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 to 1 bushel tomatoes
    6 bell peppers
    1/2 c. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    jalapeno peppers (whole) *
    8 anaheim peppers
    6 large onions
    35 garlic buttons or 5 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    *For mild (4 to 6), medium (7 to 9) or hot (10 to 14).
