2 lb. boneless roast
2 green peppers, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 sticks celery, chopped
2 jars chili sauce
salt
pepper
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

In slow cooker, brown meat in 3 tablespoons butter.
Add everything; cook until meat is tender.
