Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can sauerkraut
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 c. green pepper, diced
    1/4 c. onion, diced
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    3 Tbsp. pimento, diced
Preparation
    Drain kraut in colander for 15 minutes.
    Cut in 1-inch pieces. Place in large mixing bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Store covered in refrigerator at least 24 hours before serving.
    Will keep 2 weeks in refrigerator.
