Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. cloves
    2 c. raisins
    2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple
    1/3 c. cherries
    2 tsp. soda in enough water to dissolve
Preparation
    Bring to a boil the butter, sugar, eggs, milk, cinnamon, cloves and raisins; set aside to cool.
    When cool, add flour, nuts, pineapple, cherries and soda.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour.
