Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cold mashed Irish potatoes
    1 small onion, diced fine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 large can salmon, drained (reserve juice)
    4 eggs, beaten slightly
Preparation
    Heat salmon juice and add to potatoes
    instead of milk. Mix all ingredients.
    To shape, use tablespoon.
    Dip the spoon full and put in hot grease; fry until
    golden brown.
    Drain on several thicknesses of paper towels.
