Cayenned Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 ears corn
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/4 tsp. cayenne
    salt to taste
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut corn off cob.
    Melt butter in skillet and add corn, garlic, cayenne and salt.
    Cook for a few minutes over medium heat.
    Add milk and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Will serve 4.
