Beet Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Beet Water (see method)
    1-1/2 c. Vinegar
    1 c. Sugar
    1 Tbsp. Dry Mustard
Preparation
    Cook Beets until tender.
    Peel Beets.
    Drain Beets and keep the Beet Water.
    Combine the Ingredients and pour the mixture over the sliced beets; bring to a boil.
    Put in jars and seal.
