Potato Puff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

instant potato pkg. (for 16)
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. minced onions
salt
pepper
Preparation

Make instant potatoes as directed.
Mix all together.
Dot butter on top.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Makes 2 casseroles.
