Crock-Pot Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. beef (cheap cut)
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. sweet basil
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Cook on high overnight (8 to 10 hours) and on low for 10 hours.
    Remove fat, as needed.
