Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 shredded carrot
    1 medium onion, chopped (fine)
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute ingredients until tender.
    Mix with cream of chicken soup and 2 cups of milk.
    Keep on low or medium heat for about 30 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Serve with Ritz crackers or rolls.
