Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. broccoli, cooked and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) pack grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Place broccoli in dish (9 x 13-inch).
Heat soup and cheese together.
Just before all cheese is melted, add milk, mayonnaise and egg. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Pour on top of broccoli. Stir butter and bread crumbs together.
Put on top of dish. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
