Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground round
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 bottles chili sauce
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper
    1 c. grape jelly
Preparation
    Mix beef, bread crumbs, water, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Shape into small balls.
    Combine chili sauce, jelly and lemon juice in a large skillet, stirring, until jelly has melted.
    Add meat balls and simmer uncovered at least 45 minutes.
    Serve in chafing dish.
    Makes about 7 dozen.
