Green Chilie Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 deep-dish pie shell
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
1 can chopped green chilies, drained
1/8 tsp. cumin
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Sprinkle one of the cheeses on bottom of pie shell. Add green chilies on top. Pour mixture of eggs, milk, cumin, salt and pepper over chilies. Put other cheese on top. (May add already browned sausage to mixture, if desired.) Bake approximately 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Needs to cool 15 minutes before cutting to serve.
