Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. hash browns, thawed
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can cream of celery soup
    16 oz. sour cream
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    garlic
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    salt and pepper
    green pepper to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter, then add thawed potatoes, celery soup, sour cream, both cheeses, salt and pepper and garlic.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch glass dish at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until bubbly and golden.
