Stuffed Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Stove Top flexible serving stuffing mix
    1 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 lb. flank steak, pounded for rolling
    2 scallions, trimmed
    1 red pepper, seeded and cut into strips
    1 (12 oz.) jar Heinz Homestyle mushroom gravy
    1/4 c. Burgundy wine or apple juice
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine stuffing mix, water and butter.
    Let stand 5 minutes. Spoon stuffing on steak, leaving 1-inch border.
    Add scallions and pepper, then roll from long edge.
    Secure with wooden picks. Place seam side down in baking pan or microwave safe dish.
