Pepper Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar mild pepper rings
    1 jar hot pepper rings
    1 jar green olives, sliced
    2 cans black olives, sliced
    1 large can mushrooms
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 to 3 green onions, sliced
    1 to 2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Combine all salad ingredients in bowl.
    Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
    Mix oil and vinegar together.
    Pour over salad. Let marinate several hours or overnight before serving.
    Store in refrigerator.
