Pink Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    1 (12 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 large carton cottage cheese
    1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O into Cool Whip and then add cottage cheese.
    Mix well.
    Add pineapple and coconut; mix well.
    Chill and serve.
