Dr. Bird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    2 c. bananas (real ripe)
Preparation
    Measure dry ingredients, then sift together.
    Add bananas along with oil, vanilla, eggs and pineapple with juice.
    Blend and pour into a 9-inch greased tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar or icing, if desired.
