Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium sweet potatoes
    10 oz. pkg. marshmallows
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cook unpeeled sweet potatoes until tender.
    Remove jackets. Place marshmallows in 11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish, sprayed with Pam.
    Slice cooked potatoes thinly and place over marshmallows. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon.
    Cut up 1 stick of margarine and place on top.
    Bake in slow oven at 225\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
