Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 c. salt
2 c. water
4 tsp. cream of tartar
4 Tbsp. vegetable oi

Preparation

Mix all ingredients until soft.
You can add food coloring of your choice.
Store in Ziploc bag.
