Ingredients

1 1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 c. mascarpone cheese
3/4 c. white sugar
1 c. fresh lemon or lime juice
1 tsp. finely grated lemon or lime rind
Preparation

Pour the yogurt, soft cheese and sugar into a bowl and beat until the sugar is fully dissolved. Thoroughly mix in the lemon or lime juice and rind. Pour into the ice cream maker and proceed as directed by your machine.
