Christmas In Snow Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pkg. Dream Whip
1 or 2 cans crushed pineapple
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 large angel food cake
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
4 Tbsp. cold water
1 pkg. coconut
1 jar maraschino cherries
Preparation

Soft gelatin in cold water.
Adding boiling water, stir until dissolved.
Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple (including juice). Chill until partly firm.
Whip, according to package directions, the whipped topping (2 packages); fold into gelatin mixture. Remove all brown from angel food cake and slice into thin slices. Place in bottom of cake pan.
Alternate layers of cake and gelatin; add third package of Dream Whip mixture on top of cake.
Sprinkle coconut on top, then place cherries around the top.
