Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cups evaporated milk
    2-1/4 cups sugar
    2 (6 oz) pkg chocolate bits (or 12 oz)
    1/3 cup karo white syrup
    2 Tbsp margarine
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine milk and sugar in heavy sauce pan.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils.
    Turn heat low and cook 10 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
    Remove from heat.
    Add chocolate, karo, butter and vanilla.
    Stir until melts and is smooth.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour in buttered pan and chill 1 to 2 hours.
