Easy Microwave Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. skim milk
    1/2 to 1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Place butter in a 2-cup glass measure. Microwave 45 seconds until melted.
    Stir in flour, dry mustard, salt and pepper.
    Add milk.
    Microwave 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes until boiling, stirring a few times after the first minute.
    After sauce has cooked and thickened, stir in cheese until melted.
    Good on broccoli or baked potatoes.
