Ginger Crinkles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    4 Tbsp. molasses
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix oil with sugar.
    Add egg and beat well.
    Stir in molasses and vinegar.
    Sift together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and ginger. Add to molasses mixture.
    Drop by teaspoonful in 1/4 cup sugar and form balls.
    Cover with sugar.
    Bake on ungreased pan at 350\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
    They rise and get light brown.
    Watch and take from oven as they begin to fall.
    I believe 1/4 cup more flour is better so cookies will not be so flat.
